In certain exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to, unavailability due to illness or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, an actual or potential conflict of interest, or any other reasons, we can decide to terminate the Services being provided to you early or refuse to provide our Services to you in future. In such a scenario, you will be given reasonable notice of termination by us where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for Services not yet provided as per our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy for Services being offered by us: You may request cancellation of the session of any of our services that you might have booked at our website. If you have made an advance payment and you request for cancellation of service:
At least 72 hours prior to the first session, a full refund of the payment will be processed;
Less than 72 hours prior to the first session, a refund of % of the payment deposited will be processed;
If cancellation is requested, at any time after the first session has been conducted, a proportionate refund will be given only for the remaining number of sessions.
Refund Policy for services/workshop/membership If you have booked and wish to cancel your booking, you may place a request for cancellation by sending us an email at [email@example.com.]. If you have made an advance payment and you request for cancellation then the proportionate refund will be given for the balance period and services not rendered, solely at our discretion. Mode of Refund: For payments made via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallet, Refund will be processed to the same account used for making the payment. The processing time for a refund will be 7-10 business days. For Cash payments, Refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by you within 7-10 business days. Please Note: The timeline given for refund as mentioned hereinabove is only indicative, it may change as per the business policy.
